             I really enjoyed getting to speak with Scottish composer, John Lunn. Music is his life. He grew up in Scotland, and by sixteen it was clear that he wanted to pursue music. Lunn loves flowers for their vibrant colors, and he enjoys sitting in the garden with his wife at their London home.

             I was encouraged by Phil Lollar's discussion of joy, which he talks about a third of the way through the interview. He defines joy as something that "takes in all of the positive aspects of the objective aesthetic." The objective aesthetic for Lollar is "truth, goodness, and beauty."

           "But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, self-control. Against such there is no law." (Galatians 5:22-23)
