I was encouraged by Phil Lollar's discussion of joy, which he talks about a third of the way through the interview. He defines joy as something that "takes in all of the positive aspects of the objective aesthetic." The objective aesthetic for Lollar is "truth, goodness, and beauty."
"But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, self-control. Against such there is no law." (Galatians 5:22-23)
Please enjoy the fourth installment in a "glimpse into a life series" highlighting Phil Lollar, one of the creators of Adventures in Odyssey. Thank you for speaking with me, Phil!
